The Partnership Board has to make sure all services for learning disabilities in Walsall are working properly. |

There are some smaller groups that support the Board and give advice to it. |
 |
These groups look at particular things such as employment, or health. They carry out research and find out what is missing in Walsall or is not there at all. |
 |
They then tell the Partnership Board what they have found and the Board will ask someone to solve the problems. |
 |
